It begins with a vision. We spend time in session together inviting you to return to a place of curiosity and imagination. A space that we are socialized out of with schooling and work cultures that place an emphasis on "production" over "self-fulfillment". In other words, "burnout culture". Together, we use art techniques, vivid imagery, storyboarding, music and play, to reenter the world of limitless opportunity. We use self-exploration to clearly define your values and to start to identify what no longer fits in your story.

It can be really easy to get caught up in meeting everyone else’s needs: your partner’s, families’ and workplaces. When was the last time you stopped to think about what you really need? Reconnecting with your interests and focusing on what gives you joy can help shift your parameters for what "success" means for you. In online session together, we will explore your needs, desires and aspirations and how to balance them with your home, family and social lives. Come and learn what radical self-love means and the difference between selfish-ness and self-fullness.
